Janet Little is currently the lead secretary for Reed Academy. She has been with Reed for 26 years and with Springfield Public Schools for 29 years. She has experienced countless memories over the year’s from chaperoning summer school YES crew trips, feeding families during the ice storm, and having the opportunity to work with 5 great principal’s! One thing that she will miss the most during retirement is the relationships and family atmosphere at Reed. She encourages other administrative professionals, secretary’s, and clerical’s that are still working to remember that they set the tone for their building. “Always come to work with joy in your heart and a smile on your face.”
