Tina Pham, Development Director
Tina has a background in public relations through strategic communication, event planning and promotion. Her experience has been working within the various capacities of the Missouri State University’s Department of Communication and the Center for Dispute Resolution. She has a bachelor’s in public relations and a master’s in communication with an emphasis in organizational communication, both from Missouri State University.
Tina joined the Foundation in 2017 as an intern, transitioned as the Administrative and Program Coordinator in 2018 and became the new Development Director in 2019. She is an alumna of Leadership Springfield, Class 38 and serves as the secretary for the Ozarks Region Association of Fundraising Professionals. She is also active in The Network and Rotaract Club of Springfield.

Natalie Murdock, Executive Director
Natalie began her fundraising career in 2005 after graduating Missouri State University with a degree in Communications with an emphasis in public relations. She has a background in both fundraising and marketing. She has been honored by the Springfield Business Journal’s 40 Under 40, has completed Missouri State University’s GO LEAD Program and is a graduate of Leadership Springfield and currently serves on the organization’s Board of Director’s. Natalie is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) previously serving as the chapter secretary. Natalie is an active member of Springfield Rotary Southeast. Natalie has been with the Foundation since 2008, previously serving as Development Director. She is responsible for overseeing Foundation operations, establishing goals and objectives and representing the Foundation in the community.

E’Lise Hall, Admin & Program Coordinator
E’Lise joined the Foundation for SPS team in early 2020. E’Lise has an Associate Degree in Leadership and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Evangel University.
E’Lise is responsible for not only administrative duties at the Foundation for SPS but also serves as the program coordinator responsible for the grant, scholarship and the newly reorganized crowdfunding platform, Pick-a-Project.
