Fueling the Future Raises $10,698! ⛽️🎉

We are thrilled to announce that Rapid Robert’s 2nd Annual "Fueling the Future" fundraiser in August was a success, raising $10,698 for Springfield Public Schools.

This achievement was made possible by our dedicated lead partner, Rapid Robert’s, and their generous partners, Ozarks Coca-Cola, Hiland Dairy, Conoco and Phillips 66! A heartfelt thank you to them and to every community member who donated. ❤️ Your support directly funds our Back-to-School Grant Program, empowering teachers and creating innovative learning experiences for students across the district. 🍎✏️

Get to know our Board President-Elect, Bryant Young! 🎉

A Director of Business Development at Insurors of the Ozarks, Bryant’s connection to Springfield Public Schools is a multi-generational story. He’s a proud Glendale High School graduate, the son of a former SPS teacher, and now, the father of a daughter starting her own SPS journey. 👨‍👧

Since joining our board in 2023, he has been a passionate advocate for our students and teachers. Driven by his deep roots in the district, Bryant is focused on the Foundation’s critical role: bridging the gap between the district’s budget and the needs of our classrooms. He is especially passionate about supporting teachers’ transformative project ideas through programs like our Back-to-School Grants. 🍎
