Mr. Nick’s Playground Named #1 Inclusive Playground in the U.S.

In March, McBride Elementary’ s, Mr. Nick’s Playground was named the number one inclusive playground in the country by Soliant, a school, hospital and healthcare staffing organization.  Soliant looked at inclusive playgrounds across the country, according to its website based on design principals, quantity and quality of play features and unique inspirations behind the development of the playgrounds.

The FSPS manages the #BeLikeNick Fund, and provided $15,000 in grant funding toward the project to help make this dream a reality for students at McBride, and throughout the community.
