Judy is a paraprofessional for Springfield Public Schools at Truman Elementary. When her retirement day arrives, she will be celebrating nine years and 7 months with SPS!
What is one of your favorite memories from your time with SPS”
“Picking one memory is next to impossible because I have so many wonderful memories from my time with SPS and Truman Elementary. One memory would be the fun and loving atmosphere from the people I have been able to work with everyday. I will take and cherish all of the memories into retirement.”
What is something you will miss about SPS?
“I will definitely miss the people I have worked with on a daily basis at Truman. They are truly a special group of people and it has been an honor and pleasure to work and get to know each and every one of them.”
What advice would you like to share to those who are not retiring this year?
“The best advice I can give is to hang in there, keep doing what you do best and before you know it old Mr. Retirement will be knocking on your door. I wish the best for my school Truman, the Springfield Public Schools district leaders and, of course, the students that will pass through the schools in Springfield.”
