“This grant will allow Williams Elementary to celebrate our students who have met their learning goals at the end of the year. Currently we have less than 10% of students on grade level in reading and math. At the end of last year we had around 24-35%.
To encourage students to show what they know on the end of year Galileo assessment I want to surprise them with a trip to the Wonders of Wildlife Aquarium. This trip will be a huge celebration of all the learning they did as we set our sights on having at least 90% of students on grade level.
