Imagine wanting to join a game of tag or ask for a turn on the swings, but not having the words to say it. For many students at Delaware Elementary School, this is a daily reality.

We are raising funds to install a Communication-Accessible Playground AAC Board. This board features symbols and pictures that allow students with complex communication needsβ€”including those in our Intensive Support Classrooms and Wonder Years programsβ€”to express their wants, feelings, and thoughts.
