Purpose of the scholarship: Long time (20 yr) Science teacher of Hillcrest High School, Jennifer Bryant, was tragically killed in a car accident during the 23-24 school year. Jennifer was a passionate Science teacher who inspired students each day and many pursued careers in Science or Science education because of her influence. In honor of her life and impact, we would like to continue her legacy on the next generation of Hillcrest High School students by providing an annual scholarship in her name to be given to a graduating senior of Hillcrest interested in pursuing a career in Science or Science education.

In order to apply for the Jennifer Bryant Memorial Scholarship you must answer yes to the following questions:

  1. Are you graduating from Hillcrest High School?
  2. Are you accepted to a university, college or trade school?
  3. Do you have a need for financial assistance?
  4. Are you planning to student science or science education?
  5. Have you maintained a GPA of 3.5 or above?
  6. Have you displayed high character and positive attitude?
