Parkview High School
In order to apply for the Dr. Sally Johnson Memorial Scholarship you must answer yes to the following
questions:
1. Are you a senior of Springfield Public Schools?
2. Are you planning to continue your education post high school?
3. Are you planning to major in family and consumer sciences, child development, or early
childhood education?
4. Are you in the top 15% of your class?
5. Have you taken at least two courses in Family & Consumer Sciences in high school?
6. Do you have a financial need for support and limited resources to continue your education?
If you answered no to any of these questions you are not eligible for this scholarship. If you answered
yes to each question you may proceed to the application.
