The 2026 school year marks a historic milestone: the final elementary classes to walk the halls of the current Pershing Elementary building! 🏫✨

To honor this legacy, a special "Send Off 2026" celebration is being planned with bounce houses, dessert food trucks, and games for every student. Through the Pick-a-Project platform, 100% of every donation goes directly to the project.

To cap off this unit, the goal is to take all 54 students on a field trip to the Zoo! This real-world experience is essential for their science standards and brings their research to life. πŸšŒπŸ’¨

Sherwood is a Title 1 school, and it is critical to secure funding to cover costs so 100% of students can attend, regardless of family finances.
