Queen City Free Runners held their annual fundraiser called “Rock n Rides” at the Foxhole – American Legion post 676 on August 20th.
With the help of our sponsors as well as public support, we were able to donate over $11,250 to the Foundation Springfield Public Schools Coats for Kids and Bus Transportation Fund.
Free Runners is a group of Master Masons who like to ride motorcycles. Some are Shriners, and some are not, but we are all Masons. Free Runners Masonic Order has chapters worldwide. Each chapter tries to do at least one fundraiser each year to donate to a local need or charity in their area.
This year was the 9th anniversary for the Free Runners Rock N Rides event here in Springfield. The Queen City Free Runners have been fortunate enough to be able to donate a little more each year, and we hope we can continue that trend.
