In order to apply for the Ernie Pratt Memorial Scholarship you must answer yes to the following
questions:

1. Are you graduating from Kickapoo High School?
2. Have you been active in instrumental music at KHS or been active in the Springfield Youth
Symphony?
3. Do you have an unweighted 3.5 gpa or higher?
4. Do you demonstrate good citizenship, leadership, dependability, imitative, perseverance, and
seriousness of purpose?
5. Are you planning to attend a college?
6. Do you have financial need in relation to continuing your education?
* Preference given to a student who plans to major in music education

If you answered no to any of these questions you are not eligible for this scholarship. If you answered
