1. Are you a senior at Hillcrest High School
2. Are you planning to continue your education post high school?
3. Are you on the varsity football team?
4. Have you demonstrated good citizenship, leadership qualities and personality?
5. Do you have financial need relative to college expenses?

*Please note if you are receiving a full athletic or academic scholarship you are not eligible to apply.
