2. Are you planning to continue your education post high school?
3. Are you planning to major in elementary education?
4. Do you have an unweighted 3.5 gpa or higher?
5. Have you demonstrated good citizenship, leadership, dependability, initiative, perseverance and
seriousness of purpose? (please address this in your essay)
6. Do you have financial need relative to college expenses?

If you answered no to any of these questions you are not eligible for this scholarship. If you answered
