Please upload a copy of a document that clearly shows the institution's name, your name, the academic year, your enrollment status, and your student ID. Here are some examples of documents you might use: 1) Itemized financial statement on your account at the institution; 2)Course Schedule; 3)Bill or Receipt from the Institution; 4)Screenshot from your account on the institution's portal, that shows the information mentioned above. These are just examples, this list is not exhaustive.
This can be addressed to, "Dear Donor." A screenshot of a handwritten note/letter is preferred.
