“We are deeply appreciative of the kindness of all our community partners and the Foundation who are actively assisting our students in remaining healthy and warm this winter.  We are grateful to be one of the recipients of this generous gifting.” said Mandy Prosser, Westport Elementary nurse.

Part of the funding for Coats for Kids was made possible through the second annual Rock N’ Ride event, hosted by Gate of the Temple, Masonic Lodge #422 members. They raised $2,000 for the program this year and have become an ongoing support.

“With such a growing need among our students, Coats for Kids is a great program to provide a little extra support to keep students warm throughout the winter.  The support of this program from neighbors in our community makes a world of difference.” said Natalie Murdock, Foundation executive director.
