  • If you were awarded more than one Impact Grant, please fill out one form per grant.
  • If you have more than $50 remaining, please get this Return of Funds form to your financial secretary. They will fill it out, then submit it in Oracle, in the same way they submit an invoice.

Final Report - Impact Grant

If you have more than $50 remaining you will need to return the remaining funds to the Foundation for Springfield Public Schools. You or your financial secretary will submit a Return of Funds form in Oracle, and Business Services will issue a check to us. A link to the Return of Funds form is near the top of this page.
