Projects will be accepted starting October 1, 2017.
When you have a classroom need or project you can apply for the Foundation's Pick-a-Project program. This new, online giving program will allow the public to look through projects proposed by teachers and principals in Springfield Public Schools. Donors may choose to help fund any project at any level by making a donation to the project online.
How it works for you: Complete the Pick-a-Project application form below and submit it to the Foundation. Complete all the required information including the budget. Once the project is approved it will be available to support on the Foundation's website for funding. All projects must be under $1,000. To help spread the word about your project the Foundation will provide simple marketing materials you can distribute or e-mail to your school community, co-workers, friends and family. Please allow up to one week for your projects to be posted online. Your project will stay online for 40 days or until fully funded. Photos to accompany your project are helpful and can be e-mailed to Foundation1@spsmail.org For questions about the application form contact the Foundation at 523-0144. Applications for Pick-a-Project will be accepted from October through March of each school year.
