Natalie MurdockNatalie Murdock, Executive Director
Natalie began her fundraising career in 2005 after graduating Missouri State University with a degree in Communications with an emphasis in public relations. She has a background in both fundraising and marketing. She has been honored by the Springfield Business Journal (40 Under 40), Q102 (Q Awards) and is a graduate of Leadership Springfield. Natalie is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals previously serving as the chapter secretary, currently serving as membership chair and a member of The Network of Springfield’s Young Professionals Advisory Committee. Natalie is an active member of Springfield Metro Rotary. Natalie is a recent graduate of Missouri State University's GO LEAD program. She is responsible for overseeing Foundation operations, establishing goals and objectives and representing the Foundation in the community. E-mail Natalie:

Pamela Anderson, Director of Development
Pamela has an extensive background in marketing, fundraising, communications and leadership with area non-profits and in the private sector. Her background in non-profit work began with her leadership role as executive director of the James River Basin Partnership. She also led the Springfield Regional Arts Council as executive director. In addition, she worked for several years for Fortune 500 telecommunications company, CenturyLink, as Manager of Market Development for South Missouri and Kansas. Pamela is a member and former president of Southwest Missouri PRSA, a graduate of Branson Lakes Area Leadership and a two-time graduate of Missouri State University, with a bachelor’s in marketing and a master’s in communications.Pamela is responsible for marketing and promotion of the organizatoin and fundraising. Linda 4Linda Thieman, Administrative Coordinator
Linda spent 27 years in the corporate business sector before entering the non-profit industry. She has had both administrative and development positions in public health, with the Humane Society and Home Builder’s Association. She is a graduate of the St. Louis Public Health Leadership Program and Missouri State’s Go Lead. Linda is responsible for office administrative services and scholarship program for the Foundation.
